Who is Eligible?
Anyone without dental insurance can enroll in our discount plan.
When will the Benefits Begin?
Benefits will begin immediately and last 12 months from the date of enrollment. Fees may adjust every January 1st.
Cost and Fees Associated with the Plan.
Membership fee payments are due before the start of enrollment.
Fees are based on treatment being paid upfront and without the use of CareCredit or other financing
How Do I Pay?
All payments are made directly to the dental office during each appointment. You can schedule all future appointments and payments before your next treatment.
Interest-free payment plans are available to cover the cost of treatment for 3, 6, and 12 months with approved credit (repayment length is based on the amount of service).
